Yoga for childbearing will help you tap into your inner strength and find the wisdom to birth your baby. Mixing childbirth education, breath control, relaxation, and strengthening exercise, this class will help prepare you for this journey into parenthood. Yoga can also help alleviate some of the common pregnancy symptoms - nausea, varicose veins, back pain.
Once your baby is earthside, yoga for childbearing will help regain strength in your abdomen, lower back, and pelvic muscles while helping to release tired shoulders from cradling your child. Baby may join you in class until they are mobile so you have time to connect with this new person while maintaining your connection with your Self.
